On the initiative of priest Mariusz Słomiński, the parish priest of Jan Bosko church in Orunia and under the supervision of Andrzej Szadejko, at the beginning of this year renovation and partially reconstruct the neo-romantic pneumatic organs of Eduard Wittek’s company from Elbląg, funded in 1911 for the local church by the Hoene family was completed. Comprehensive conservation and organ-building works have restored not only technical efficiency, but also the original splendor of the sound from more than a hundred years ago, which not only enables the presentation of romantic and neo-romantic organ and chamber music in the most faithful form, but also inspires new unique projects.
